Hi! I'm Kaarin Swanson and I am currently serving TouchGlobal and the Crisis Response team in New Orleans by helping with meals for the volunteers.

The first time I was in New Orleans was January 2006, just four months after Hurricane Katrina. I came with a team from my church and it touched me deeply. Ever since that time I have had a heart for New Orleans and just recently the opportunity to serve here opened up. I am excited to be back in New Orleans and to be with Lisa Nelson is icing on the cake!

Presently I will be serving in this capacity until July and then I'm hopeful to be able to transition into ministry within New Orleans proper.
