(sue@pullmancornerstone.org)
List of Duties:
Oversee daily operations and office,
co-direct community building and equipping people for service.
Wisdom or piece of advice:
I’m learning that “praying constantly” involves
a lot of listening to God throughout the day.
Hope and Vision for Cornerstone
Community:
I
want to see our people connect well with God and each other.
How you got involved with
Cornerstone: When we returned to Pullman in 1983,
we became involved with what was then called Campus Fellowship.
Nils became
pastor within that first year and I stuck with him.
Why is Christ so good? Who
would give his life for those who don’t even love him…except
our amazing and loving God?
Family if any: Married
to Nils Swanson. We have a son, Jay, who attends
Eastern Washington University
and a daughter, Kaarin, who attends Pullman High School.
Education: A
degree in Social Studies with a minor in Language Arts from WSU,
a fifth year in Education.
Some favorite things: My
family, popcorn, flower gardening, autumn, belly laughing.
